Quick and flavorful Asian ground beef recipe made keto-friendly with cauliflower rice. Perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional: red pepper flakes or chili oil for heat
2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
4. Stir in soy sauce or coconut aminos and cook 2–3 minutes.
5. Add cauliflower rice and mix well or serve beef over rice separately.
6. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
For extra spice, add chili oil or sriracha.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
