Savory keto-friendly Beef and Broccoli Noodles with tender beef, crisp broccoli, and a rich sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

2 packs shirataki noodles (or zucchini noodles)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

3 tbsp coconut aminos (or tamari)

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp xanthan gum or thickener (optional)

2 tbsp avocado oil

Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat oil in wok and quickly sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Add broccoli, garlic, and ginger to wok. Stir-fry until broccoli is bright green.

3. Return beef to wok, add noodles, and pour in coconut aminos, vinegar, and sesame oil.

4. Toss everything together until noodles are coated and sauce thickens slightly.

5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.

Zucchini noodles can replace shirataki if preferred.
