1 lb ground beef
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce if not strict keto)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish with olive oil.
