8 slices fresh white or wheat bread

1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Pinch of salt

Butter or herb spread (optional)

Instructions

1. Slice cucumber thinly and pat dry.

2. Mix cream cheese with dill until smooth.

3. Spread cream cheese evenly on each bread slice.

4. Layer cucumber slices over half the bread.

5. Top with remaining bread slices.
