Quick keto ground beef and broccoli stir fry with bold Asian flavors, ready in 20 minutes, low carb, and perfect for meal prep.
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp avocado oil or sesame oil
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 1–2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat avocado oil in skillet. Add ground beef and brown for 5–6 minutes.
3. Push beef aside. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
4. Whisk coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, beef broth, and pepper flakes. Add to beef.
5. Add broccoli, toss to coat, cook 2–3 minutes, garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve over cauliflower rice for a full keto meal.
Increase sauce if adding keto noodles.
Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
