2 slices of almond flour or cloud bread (or large romaine leaves for no-bread option)
2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp sugar-free pickle relish or keto chutney
1 tsp grainy mustard (optional)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Handful of arugula or spinach
Optional: 2–3 slices of turkey or ham
