Ingredients

Scale

2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)

6 oz high-quality white chocolate, finely chopped

12 tsp pink food coloring or 2 tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tbsp ruby chocolate

Garnish:

Whipped cream

Pink sprinkles

Heart-shaped marshmallows

Crushed candy canes

Instructions

1. Finely chop the white chocolate into small, even pieces.

2. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.

3. Reduce heat to low and add chopped white chocolate, whisking constantly until melted and smooth.

4. Add pink coloring or strawberry powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

5. Whisk until evenly colored and silky. Add ruby chocolate if using.

6. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and festive garnishes.

Notes

Do not boil the milk or the chocolate may separate.

For natural color, strain strawberry powder through a fine sieve.

Serve immediately for best texture.
