Ingredients

Scale

48 Tostitos Scoops

1 pound ground beef (85% lean recommended)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup sour cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 small onion, finely diced

1 red bell pepper, finely diced

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced (optional)

3 green onions, chopped

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

1. Arrange Tostitos Scoops on a baking sheet. Optional: bake at 350°F for 2–3 minutes to crisp.

2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, and simmer until thickened.

3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar.

4. Fill each scoop with a spoonful of seasoned beef, then top with the creamy cheese mixture.

5. Sprinkle with diced onion, bell pepper, jalapeño if using, and remaining cheese.

6. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Garnish with green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Ground turkey or plant-based meat can be substituted for a lighter or vegetarian option.

Use dairy-free sour cream and cheese substitutes if needed.

Serve immediately to keep scoops crisp and toppings hot.
